My Queensland heeler took to the Terraline Herding Ball in seconds! He’s obsessed and worn out after five minutes on a hill in tall grass. I just keep an eye on him so he doesn’t bite the zipper.

Will my dog be able to pop it?

Some dogs might. No dog toy is indestructible, and we won't pretend otherwise.

The tough outer cover protects a thick inner ball, and when it's pumped firm, there's barely anything for teeth to grab. Keep it topped up, and stay with your dog for the first few sessions.

And if they do pop it, the Pop Promise has you covered. Send us a photo within 12 months and we'll send you a new inner ball, free. After that, replacements are half price.

What size do I need?
  • Small: dogs under 11 kg
  • Medium: dogs 11 to 25 kg
  • Large: dogs over 25 kg

Between sizes? Go bigger. A ball they can't get their mouth around is the whole point.

Picked the wrong one? We'll swap it free.

What does it come with?
  • The Terraline Herding Ball with its tough outer cover
  • A free air pump, so you're playing in minutes
  • A free guide to getting your dog started and playing safely in summer
  • The Pop Promise: a free replacement inner ball in the first 12 months
  • Free size swaps
  • Our 60-day money-back guarantee
  • $5 to RSPCA Australia with every order
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Give it 60 days. If your dog doesn't take to it, email us at terraline@outlook.com and you'll get a full refund.

No forms, no fuss. We'd rather you try it than wonder about it.

Made for dogs who wreck every other toy

Most toys get one of two endings. Shredded in ten minutes, or ignored in the corner by Tuesday.

That’s because a chew toy only works your dog’s jaw. Their drive, the part that wants to chase, push and control, is still sitting there with nothing to do.

The herding ball gives it a job. It’s too big to bite, too big to carry off, and it rolls away every time they push it. So they keep working it, until they’re properly worn out.

Why it tires them out when walks don’t

A walk works your dog’s legs. That’s it. Do enough of them and you just get a fitter dog who needs even more.

The herding ball works their legs and their brain at the same time. Every push is a decision. Which way is it rolling? Where do I cut it off? How hard do I hit it? It’s the same thinking they’d use working stock, and thinking is tiring.

That’s the difference. It’s not about how far they run. It’s about whether their drive finally got a job.

So instead of a dog still bouncing off the walls at 9pm, you get one stretched out on the floor, done for the night.

Get your evenings back

Imagine coming home and nothing’s been chewed. The garden beds are still garden beds. The couch is still a couch.

You roll the ball out after work. They go flat out while you have a cuppa. Then they come inside, flop down on the floor, and the rest of the night is yours.

No more 10pm zoomies. No more “what’s he wrecked now?” No more feeling guilty that he’s bored.

Just a happy, worn-out dog who finally switched off.

Risk-free

Still got questions?

The real questions dog owners ask about herding balls, answered straight.

Will my dog destroy it?

Some dogs will try, and the zip is where most of them go first. Herding balls are a pushing toy, not a chewing toy, so play with your dog for the first few sessions and step in if they start chewing.

If the inner ball pops in the first 12 months, the Pop Promise covers it. Email us a photo and we'll send a new one, free.

Is it normal for it to lose air?

Yes. Every inflatable slowly loses air, so expect to top it up before most sessions. It only takes a few pumps with the included pump.

If it goes flat within a few hours of pumping, that's not normal. Email us and we'll sort it out.

The cover looks too small. Did I get the wrong size?

Almost certainly not. Put the flat inner ball inside the cover first, then pump it up inside. It takes a bit of effort to smooth out the wrinkles, but keep pumping and it fills the cover out.

Stuck? Email us and we'll walk you through it.

What if my dog isn't interested?

Some dogs are wary at first, because it's the biggest toy they've ever seen. Give it a gentle push so it rolls away from them, and let them work it out. The free guide walks you through the first few sessions.

Some dogs, especially fetch-obsessed ones, just prefer balls they can carry. If yours doesn't take to it within 60 days, you get a full refund.

My dog isn't a herding breed. Will it still work?

Herders often take to it fastest, but retrievers, staffies, cattle dogs and plenty of mixed breeds love it too. If your dog has energy to burn, it's worth a go.

I've got a small yard. Which size should I get?

Pick the size that matches your dog's weight first. A ball too small for your dog is easier to bite and pop. If your yard is tight, a park or oval works well, and it packs down small when it's deflated.

How is it different from other herding balls?

Most herding balls don't cover chewing or popping. If your dog gets through it, that's your problem. Ours comes with the Pop Promise, free size swaps and a 60-day money-back guarantee, plus the pump and a getting-started guide.

Can I wash it?

[Cleaning instructions from your supplier.] Let the cover dry fully before you use it again, because a wet cover can sag and give teeth something to grab.

How long does shipping take?

Orders arrive in 7 to 10 days anywhere in Australia, with tracking on every order. You'll get your tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How do I claim the Pop Promise or a refund?

Email us at terraline@outlook.com with your order number. For the Pop Promise, add a photo of the popped inner ball. For a refund, just tell us your dog didn't take to it within 60 days.
